3D Touch for Facebook Now Available in App Store

3D Touch for Facebook3D Touch for Facebook is now a feature also supported in iOS9, following Dropbox that modified its application for iOS by including the new option for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The giant social network has now integrated the function for all mobile devices using its application, by adding assistance for 3D Touch feedback.

Meanwhile, Microsoft upgraded the iOS edition of its Office package with options like automated font downloading and faster document navigation in Microsoft Word. The modified iPhone application currently only facilitates 3D Touch for home screen app launch. These allow customers to access programs for posting images and videos, or just writing their Facebook replies, without having to publish them in the news feeds.

With the inclusion of 3D Touch, all Facebook customers on iPhone 6s or 6s Plus will have 3 quick actions to choose from when pressing harder the app symbol. They can make a new post, publish photos or short videos and select photos or video editing options. However, the application presentation in the App Store does not emphasize the recent 3D Touch function inclusion. Instead, it notices that every upgrade of the Facebook app contains developments for speed and stability. As other recent functions become available, Facebook will emphasize those for its users in the application.

To remember, Apple’s 3D Touch is a pressure-sensitive technological idea existing on its new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus smart phones. This option allows these iPhones to differentiate between quick taps and longer presses and to activate a proper feedback consequently.

The inclusion of 3D Touch is one of the most long awaited additions of third-party assistance for 3D Touch, the new customer connection being similar to a spin-off of the related Force Touch found on the Apple Watch. A leading function on the recently launched iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, this is another action you can be used with a gadget for quicker accessibility to its applications.

3D Touch has been likened by many users as the right click for applications, as it is an instant way to programs that you can access inside a mobile program. It is also an optional phase available for power customers rather than just a new connection that every user has to understand.

Instagram, which is now owned by Facebook, also began implementing 3D Touch feedback functions to its iOS 9 app lately, which provided quick actions for submitting pictures. Its newest version delivers assistance for iOS 9, iPhone 6s and 6s Plus phones. The application still does not have guaranteed support for the new Live Image option. During Apple’s media event held in Septeber, the company said that Live Images may work on Facebook’s online platform by the end of this year.

The social platform had also released an app upgrade for its separate Messenger application, including options for watchOS 2 and multi-tasking on iPad. The app’s presentation on App Store says that customers can now use their app on watchOS 2. They can send and get short videos, stickers, likes and many more features. With iOS 9, users can now search for their contacts and discussions from the phone’s search display or open the Messenger app from a list of multi-tasking applications on their iPad.
