amazon-comcastComcast has started an innovative collaboration with Amazon in order to make the Xfinity Internet, phone and TV features available to buy online. This function, which is offered only to Amazon clients, is provided with a special web page on their website, along with an extended customer support guide.

The US cable company’s has made stable attempts in enhancing its services in the past years, as it was noticed in the gigabit Internet or sports-watching promotions. The beginning of this premium partnership came around when Comcast’s CEO had a conference with Amazon’s officials, which was an effective meeting as confirmed by the collaboration’s newest release.

Interested clients can now go to Amazon’s official site and visit the fresh released area marked as Cable Store. There they can surf through the numerous items offered, from Internet-based features to Internet/ phone/TV bundles with their corresponding transactional and set up features.

According to the company, the client support for the new function is extremely extensive and efficient with providers particularly qualified to manage all problems, which range from selling and payments to set up or follow-up services.

They also sport the “no-waiting” function that helps to ensure that all client phone calls are responded in one minute or less. Its client associates also perform across all interaction programs, such as email, phone, chat or social networking.

Amazon does not only represent the most important online store and a location where an incredible number of clients shop on a daily basis. It is also an organization that is unmatched when people are talking about its client support, say Comcast’s professional in regard to the user experience.

Amazon’s online servers had a Comcast research concluding that requirement for its recent X1 distribution system surpassed the potential of their on-premises information facilities. By switching to AWS, the Internet provider is capable to faster include capacity with Direct Connect and Amazon VPC, growing their data facilities as they aim to provide entertaining programs when needed.

Especially, the costs from Amazon are similar to Comcast’s initial price tags provided through the rest pre-existing selling plans. Besides the wide range of Xfinity items to select from, Cable Store features several promotions such as Amazon’s Gift Cards, multiple budget-friendly Internet offers or money-saving ideas such as preventing modem renting fees.

This way, any potential buyers will have various choices tailored to suite anyone’s budget and needs on the long term.
