According to the recent reports, Apple is preparing to launch an update to its newest iOS 8 software that was launched back in the preceding week with lots of hiccups.
Ever since Apple’s iOS 8 software debut launch on September 17th, has been installed on around 46% smartphones and tablets. Though, the result was quite un-expected. The users are continuously complaining about the slow Wi-Fi, battery drainage and the invasion of bugs.
Certainly, this seems to be the reason, why Apple is prepping to update its iOS 8 to iOS 8.0.1. Hopefully, these initial flaws would be resolved with the release of this update.
An anonymous source cited, Mac Rumors told, Cupertino is likely to repair problems related to phone service, keyboard, Safari browser, Airdrop sharing, and VPN.
Moreover, there is no official statement concerning the release date of iOS 8.0.1. Though, MacRumors recommended that Apple was previously started carrier partners with iOS 8.0.1, prior to the announcement of the launch date.
Furthermore, Apple did not instantaneously react to PCMag’s call for remark.
With the launch of iOS 8 way back this summer, Cupertino introduce its next generation mobile OS to developers, including home-kit and health-kit features and also other embellishments and improvements. But it did not takes too much of time for peoples to find the fault present in new iOS 8, which has crashed some of the apps up to 3.3%. Bloomberg reported that, this was the criticism from analytics that iOS 8 is causing more crash to apps up to 67% as compared to iOS 7.
According to critic CEO Cndrew Levy, older iPhones which are running at newest operating system are at maximum risk. He also told Bloomberg that, iOS 8 consist of different functions, nearly about 4000, which developers must have to acclimatize.
