Are you agreeing with the statement that latest Ford’s Mustang EcoBoost is a Big Fat Faker? Well, that’s right! Ford is just lying to us all.
It’s been officially confirmed that the Ford Mustang 2015 EcoBoost muscle car comes with the Active Noise Control System in order to protect the incredible engine sound we all know and love, Ford has recently resorted to amplifying it through the car’s speakers. So, finally the honeymoon is over!
For classicists, this seems to be a bad thing.
The idea of making the new Ford Mustang muscle car revolves around the eco-concerns with the same priority given to the performance, which eventually wasn’t went well with everyone out there. Though, the company has made flawless efforts to make a cutting-edge four-cylinder lump, but nothing is like traditional roaring beast, we were expecting.
The performance of this muscle car is compared with big block engines, especially with the vehicles which are made with much lighter modern materials such as carbon fiber, the sound of a four cylinder engine, no matter how turbo-charged it may be, simply it is incomparable with a roar of more traditional gas gulping muscle car engine.
Ford has overcome this problem by applying a system of Active noise control which is designed to not just cancel out some undesirable noise for the driver but it also provide him or her a more genuine experience behind the wheel of a Mustang.
In the Active Noise Control system the Mustang’s engine noise is piped through the internal speakers, and it also processes the sound in order to deliver a full dose of the good stuff.
Ford’s Mustang chief Engineer Dave Perciak says with confidence that the ANC system in EcoBoost Mustang will prove out to be popular and will soon be making an appearance on other high-performance models of Ford. Hence, the diehard fans of Mustang are proved to be disappointed with such an artificial deception.
