Central Fresno law enforcement authorities are currently on the lookout for an individual who was caught on tape while throwing stones at a small dog that was following him. According to the local Animal Control spokesperson, the abused canine was discovered dead later that day. The man’s sordid performance was caught on tape by two schoolgirls passing by.
Fresno Resident Stones Small Canine Following Him
It’s only natural that people be partial to a certain kind of pet, but it’s entirely another thing to act violently when the pet you don’t like approaches you. Last week, in Central Fresno, a man could be seen abusing a small dog who seems bent on following along the street.
According to the town’s Police Department, the man’s cruel behavior was filmed and posted online by two schoolgirls who were passing by at that time. The first time the man was approached by the friendly canine he bent over to pick up something which looked like a rock.
Seconds later, the tape shows the man throwing the stone towards the dog, hitting him in the process. The dog stops and looks at the individual as he walks away. After a couple of more seconds, the dog resumes his tail. The individual sees the dog and hurls another stone at him.
According to Lisa Logue, a local Animal activist, the dog was later discovered dead in a ditch probably hit by a passing vehicle. Mark Hudson, a lieutenant in the Fresno Police Department, declared that a grievance was filed and that a squad was sent for investigation at the Evergreen Apartments.
No details have been disclosed regarding the man’s identity, only what can be observed in the short clip. Logue believes that after being hit by the second stone, the dog became confused and more than likely wandered off in the street where he got hit by a car.
