Improve a Phone’s Speed by Clearing its Cache

phone speedMost customers are not satisfied with their gadgets slower performances after only a couple of months of normal usage. In addition, their phones’ reduced storage space gets annoying, as more data is stored on them. While some customers think that the applications might have slowed the system, the truth is that cache data files take up a lot of memory on any device. This makes the phone lagging over time and the users do not even know why this happens.

All applications put together could use many gigabytes on your system, especially if you enjoy listening your songs on various applications, like SoundCloud or Spotify. Besides this, applications may also have some issues with the phone’s cached information and this is why they cannot renew live data. When you are experiencing this type of problems, it is time to eliminate the memory cache. That would also consist of removing ineffective information files on the gadget and pieces of unusable storage space.

Some may claim that getting rid of cache data file for an application, such as a web browser, will lead to nothing but its pages running slower, while it stores information from previously visited pages to help make browsing quicker during next time. While these options can be crucial for users with restricted cellular data on their smart phones, it only slows down the gadget, while also taking up a respectable amount of memory space.

First, you have to find the storage cache files on the device, whatever system you want to improve. However, before you begin, it is worth noting that each application creates other files in the memory, as you keep using it. The downloading sizes that are displayed in the app stores do not represent the real sizes that these apps take up from your system, as cache information keeps growing.

Web browsers usually occupy more memory storage than the majority of other applications on a smart phone. To remove the storage cache for a browser, go to the gadget’s Configurations menu and select the browser’s name from the long list, after scrolling down and selecting to clear history and web page data. The system will ask the user to validate its option to eliminate the information, and after that, it clears the browser’s history and its cookies, besides many other data files. The application will then look and perform like it did when it was first started on a new smart phone.
