Making some waves in the tech industry is a recent version of Xbox One controller, named the Shadow Controller. When the original controller for the gaming console appeared, people were fairly satisfied with the style and the improved ergonomics.
These days, Microsoft seems to bring some additional glow and good design to the battleground, making it competitive with DualShock 4, a device that has introduced four new versions onto the marketplace in the last quarter of 2015.
These new ‘Shadow’ controllers do not look different from a normal gadget when it comes to form and dimensions. However, it is the design the element that delivers their main advantage, since they arrive in two designs: Dusk Shadow and Copper Shadow.
The items present a metal looking style and shades that get into dark tones towards the end. Now is the initial time when Xbox use a dual-tone concept in such a unique manner, making it a real pleasure to look at the deep blue with the metal going towards the inky blacks of the components.
The control buttons on its top side have a deep dark shade, with the letters being displayed on the front of the gadget. For the users who do not remember the differences of each key or their positioning onto the operator, they will still be capable to use it with no problem.
There are small colored spots in the middle, showing the shade of each button on them. While the recent Xbox accessories are, without question, the best looking controllers of 2016 thus far, customers are more interested to find out if these arrive with other technological improvements too.
According to their developing branch, the Shadow controllers have an improved D-pad, but there is no information regarding the actual way is superior to a normal device. Besides it, they keep their Wi-Fi ability and also carry Impulse Triggers, apparently even more delicate and efficient than those included into the traditional Xbox One operator.
Furthermore, users will discover the 3.5 mm headset port there on it. You will not see a Limited Edition label on them, indicating that Microsoft will state that it only has a set variety of these items in inventory for the market.
However, they do arrive for an additional cost of just $10, with both versions of the latest Shadow controllers being offered for pre-ordering starting this week, for a complete price of $70 in the United States and European Union.
