Are you wishing for the better health? Then, probably you need to take severe actions concerning climate change. The researchers have discovered that, by mid-century, the number of hot days in U.S Eastern and Mid Western cities might got tripled and its impact on human health could be drastic.

Jonathan Patz, prominent author of the recent study, stated in the news, “The overall change in the climate is already affecting the global health. Though, the good news is that there are some instant health benefits such as from the low-carbon strategies which would eventually clean the air and the more vigorous transport options that could enhance physical fitness, at last saving lives and preventing diseases.”

The recent study examined the possibilities behind some of the presently probable health related risks. The possibilities includes severe heat waves and storms, amplified water-borne and transferable disease threats, more chronic health risks linked to air-pollution and augmented starvation and obesity allied risks from carbon rigorous diets.

Patz says that, changing climate is a giant challenge related to public health, because it is affecting our health in various ways, but we can say that if there are risks associated with this climate change then opportunities are also present. Energetic transportation is considered to be significant for health, mainly in the region where disease persists. In this industrializing world, with less burning of fossil fuel we could get more health benefits.

It is much important to tell people about changing climate and force them to take actions in this regards, luckily there are lots of ways and strategies which can be used to solve this issue and researchers are very much positive and hopeful about the future condition of climate, revealed in findings.

There are many of the health benefits which can be attained by low carbon usage, in agriculture and in transportation, Carlos Dora says in his interview with World Health Organization (WTO). We could attain these benefits by reducing air pollution and these low carbon strategies may result in increase of physical activity, which can lead to reduction in traffic injuries and resulted in improved food security. These findings are presented at the Civil Society Event on Action in Climate Change and Health in New York.
