Snapchat Celebrates the Oscars with Its New Live Story Feature

Snapchat Celebrates the Oscars with Its New Live Story FeatureSnapchat celebrates the Oscars with its new Live Story feature, since the app has marketed itself as one of the most important platforms in the social media field in an extremely short period. Its reputation is growing as regular customers, superstars and businesses all head to this interaction system where all of the awesome things happen on a daily basis.

Given its mixed characteristics, Snapchat Stories and images have been until now limited within the cellular phone applications. However, it appears that an important modification might be brought in the upcoming weeks to unbundle the Stories feature from the application.

Snapchat Stories generally consists of lots of pictures put together to create an interesting story. It is a great method to follow a meeting or the everyday life of your idol. Members cannot view and share pictures via a computer, because Snapchat does not offer a feature to do it.

However, an important enfacement was observed these days as the Academy Awards were taking place and Snapchat brought the live Story about the famous occasion up on the official site. This means that any person with an online browser could see the live story on the social network’s web page even when did not log in as a customer with Snapchat.

A curated form of the Oscars’ Story is still offered on the site for anyone who wants to see it. It might have been a special occasion for the most important evening in the show biz industry, but some people certainly will not be surprised if they repeat this move for upcoming events.

It might not instantly allow all customers to share pictures like this, but for now, it can allow non-members to access any material associated with important occasions. The concept will surely be attractive to these non-members and convince them to register for Snapchat.

Overall, this seems like another win-win situation for all parts involved. Accessing Snapchat’s Live web page is actually identical to starting the Live Story feature in the application. You can relax and enjoy the curated sequence of pictures that go through in a long series, even if there is no sign to show the duration of each slide or Story.

There, you can just click them to skip various pics or vids and it has a pause option that is exclusive to the website. Snapchat blurs these pictures once clicked, maybe as a method to restrict screenshots, since there is not too much that the service can do about it, once individuals are seeing the same pictures on the Internet.
