Having a gaming PC rocks: there’s so much to do, so many games to play, but, have you ever wondered that you can do more with your PC than play games? It is very likely that HP thought long and hard on this issue, and the result of the company’s reflection is this gargantuan personal computer, that not only encompasses the latest computer technologies but has some awesome features.
According to the tech giant, the new line of PCs, dubbed the Sprout Pro series, is aimed at enhancing user experience when it comes to education and business. The PC comes with preinstalled versions of Skype for business, as well as other features that let you quickly scan and send documents.
Without further ado, here is HP Sprout Pro, an all-in-one PC engineered by HP. Taking a closer look at the specs, and we can clearly see that this is not an ordinary computer. The rig comes with an Intel i7 Core processor, build using the Skylake technologies. Moreover, the computer packs a DDR 4 memory of 8GB, which can be extended to 16GB.
In terms of GPU, the Sprout Pro is outfitted with the Nvidia GeForce GT 945A, a 1TB storage unit, Bluetooth 4.0 technology. The PC is also Wi-Fi ready, and in terms of connectivity, the all-in-one PC features two USB 3.0 ports and two HDMI ports.
But wait, there’s more. HP scores more point with Sprout Pro, and the computer’s high-specs are only part of the equation. Sprout Pro also ships out with a new interface device called the HP touch mat.
Basically, HP’s new input device looks like any other computer mats used to facilitate the movement of the mouse, but it is much more than that. Using the 3D camera affixed at the top of the PC, the user can use the mat in order to manipulate the applications in real-time. It’s not like working with holograms, but the mat does its job quite well.
The Touch Mat lets you work and adjust images and can even double up as a mouse. Moreover, the PC comes with a 23.6-inch monitor, which work with 3D glasses.
HP announced that they will begin shipping the new computer to retailer around the globe in early February. A customer interested in buying such a computer will have to dig deep into their pockets for 2.200 dollars.
