Man Was sent to Death Row after Pleading Innocent

"Man Was sent to Death Row after Pleading Innocent "

Richard Masterson is scheduled for execution, after a Texan Court of Law found him guilty in the murder of Darin Honeycutt.

A Texan court has declared Richard Masterson guilty on the count of murdering Darin Honeycutt in 2001. The man was sent to death row after pleading innocent, invoking the coroner’s incompetence to establish the victim’s exact cause of death.

Richard Masterson was found guilty on the account of murder by a Texan Court of Law. Even though Masterson’s initially admitted that he murdered Honeycutt, the man soon changed his deportation, arguing that his victim died due to a preexistent heart condition.

According to Masterson’s deportation, the culprit met his victim, Darin Honeycutt, at a local bar. Honeycutt was known to be a transvestite, occasionally dressed in woman’s apparel in order to engage in sexual relations with other men and went by the name of Brandy Houston.

The assailant left with the victim after a few hours in order to engage in consensual sex. This is the point where the assailant’s statements begin to very. At the beginning of the trial, Masterson admitted the fact that he intended to murder Honeycutt that evening, in order to rob him of his possessions.

However, at some point during his trial, his attorneys said that Masterson was not set in killing Honeycutt, but rather agreed to fulfill one of the victim’s sexual fantasies. After arriving at the victim’s home, Masterson at the request of Honeycutt agreed to perform erotic asphyxiation. According to his latest testimony, Masterson began to apply pressure on the victim’s neck but soon realized that something was wrong.

After Honeycutt became unresponsive, Masterson panicked and ransacked his home, making it looked like Honeycutt was murdered by a wanton robber.

A man was sent to death row after pleading innocent. More than once, Masterson, through his attorneys, reiterated the fact that the death certificate issued by Paul Schrode, a medical examiner working for the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office, is fake. Moreover, Masterson accuses Schrode of gross incompetence in establishing Honeycutt’s cause of death. The assailant also stated the fact that the doctor has a long history of issuing false scientific testimonies.

According to Paul Schrode, Darin Honeycutt died after Masterson put him in a sleep hold. The assailant’s actions allegedly cut the oxygen supply to Honeycutt’s brain. Masterson and his lawyers refute Schrode’s conclusion, declaring that the victim suffered a heart stroke due to a preexistent condition.

The jury was swift in dismissing Masterson’s facts regarding Schrode’s incompetence, saying that the evidence presented are not enough to prove Masterson’s innocence.

The jury found Masterson guilty of committing homicide and has sentenced him to be executed on Wednesday.

March 13, 2015 By Deborah Nielsen Leave a Comment

SaadJohn Bieniewicz of Westland Michigan was only doing his job as a referee when he was punched in the throat by 37-year-old soccer player Bassel Saad. According to witnesses as the exhibition game, Bieniewicz was getting ready to hand Saad a red card and eject him when out of nowhere, he was punched.

As reported by the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office, Bieniewicz passed away two days later from blunt force trauma. Saad of Dearborn Michigan is married and the father of two children. Prior to the incident, he had worked at Mott Children’s Hospital as a dialysis technician.

No one is really sure what angered Saad so much but last summer while playing a match in Livonia, he made a decision that would change two families forever. Bieniewicz was 44 years old, married, a father, and extremely close to his mother and three sisters.

Initially, the charge against Saad was second degree murder but following a plea deal, the charge was reduced to manslaughter. Saad has already been in jail for 256 days awaiting sentencing but this morning, Wayne County Circuit Judge Thomas Cameron ordered him to spend between 8 and 15 years in prison.

After the sentence was handed down, Bieniewicz’s wife Kristen gave Saad the red card on behalf of her deceased husband. In a statement, she said that no matter what people have heard in the media, she thinks of Saad as a cold-blooded murder. Rather than use a gun he used the only weapon he had, his hands.

She went on to call the murder senseless and childish. She stressed the hardest part of the ordeal was trying to explain to her son why the system failed. According to Kristen, she will never be able to give her son the answer he deserves. Her husband loved referring soccer and should have had the opportunity to continue the game.

Saad spoke directly to the Bieniewicz family after sentencing, saying that he thinks about the man he killed and his family on a daily basis. He also stated that he prays for them and felt sorry from the bottom of his heart for what happened.

Laura Meyer, the eldest of the three sisters talked about Bieniewicz’s life as a child and adult. While young, he loved Star Wars, Matchbox cars, and most of all, sports and as an adult, he was precious. In addition to prison time, Saad was ordered to pay $9,265 in restitution and an additional $1,000 in court fines and miscellaneous costs.

Taylor Swift Harrasment

Taylor Swift discloses that she always moves with her security due to some horrible past experiences.

The American top singer elaborated that man harassed her several times in the past. These horrible past experiences compel her to hire a 24 hours security.

She added that men made every attempt to reach her even through kidnapping which was really horrendous for her.

She unveiled all this in a recent interview for a US magazine. Moreover, she stated that she really wish to live a normal life, therefore she avoided security for several years.  Now it is almost impossible for her to ignore this idea since numerous times men came to her residence in order to kidnap or kill her.

At the beginning of this year, the American pop star asked for a warning order from court against an extremely dangerous man. The man asserted that Taylor Swift is her wife and sent frightening messages to her on Facebook and Twitter.

Furthermore, Taylor expressed that she hated this kind of life in which all the time you feel you are in danger. Hence, she hired security in order to get rid of this scary feeling. The security goes everywhere with her and even sit next to her in the car.

Taylor released a complete album “Red” that was based on her past relationships. It is like a trend of this young singer to show her real life experiences through her songs. Therefore, you never know she might include a track based on harassment as well.
