Today at Apple is the company’s latest in-store educational program which will start in May.
For years, local Apple Stores have provided workshops for their users. They have varied them from basic introductions to their products and software, to more advanced classes and training sessions in programs like Final Cut and Logic Pro. According to Apple, many customers apparently have been unaware of these workshops. So it looks like they are rebranding them as the new Today at Apple courses program.
Workshop Reworked into Today at Apple
The courses program with Today at Apple will look to do more than just rebrand their current slate of workshops. From what the company is describing, it appears to be an increase in the overall scope and mission of the classes. One specific example, mentioned by the company, is called Photo Walks3. This will help customers learn to take better photos, something even the most casual user would enjoy.
“We’re creating a modern-day town square, where everyone is welcome in a space where the best of Apple comes together to connect with one another, discover a new passion, or take their skill to the next level.”
