"Wipe the Sleep off Your Face with the Mimicker Alarm "

Microsoft Mimicker Alarm app features 3 games that are sure to wake you up in the morning.

Ever wonder what’s the best way to quickly get out of bed? Well, you can try out that smack-right-in-the-puff mechanical watch that’s sure to wake you up by beating the daylight out of you. Or you can try Microsoft’s newest application. Wipe the sleep off your face with the Mimicker Alarm, the kind of device that you can’t snooze or silence whenever you feel like spending 5 more minutes in bed.

So, what’s up the new alarm application? Well, it so happens that Microsoft found out that there are many people out there who can easily wake up smiling. And they thought what if we can use this sort of thing to entice heavy sleepers to get out of bed?

With this in mind, Microsoft released the Mimicker Alarm application, an alarm clock like no other. Unlike other apps, Mimicker Alarm relies heavily on artificial intelligence and the user’s capacity of putting those gray cells at work early in the morning.

Mimicker Alarm features 3 types of games, each of them designed to force you into waking up, by putting your brain to work.

The first game is called “Color Capture”. According to the developers, when the user opts for this game, the phone will wake you up with a little color challenge. When the alarm sets off, the application will display the name of a random color on the screen. Users will have to pick out the phone, read the name of the color and find something around them that is of the same color. If not, then tough luck, because the alarm will keep on ringing until you find something in that color.

After the user identified an object of that color, then he must snap a picture of it and upload it into the application. If the app detects that the object in the photo has the same color, then it will automatically shut down the alarm.

The second game is called “Tongue Twister”. Basically, the user will have to speak out a tongue-twisting word in order to shut off the alarm.

Wipe the sleep off your face with Mimicker alarm, an app that will either wake you fast or make you smash your phone.

The app features another game called “Express Yourself”. In this game, users will have to mimic a given facial expression in front of the phone’s camera. If the AI finds your face convincing than it will shut off the alarm, if not, then keep on trying.

Microsoft Mimicking Alarm can be downloaded for free from Google Play.
