Earlier, Google used every kind of transport such as bikes, boats to shoot the different regions of the world. This is the first time the company fixed a camera on an animal to record the scenes of a desert. The chief reason behind the selection of an animal instead of conventional means of imagery is to lessen the disruptions. The camel reduced the amount of troubles that was nearly impossible to avoid from the conventional means of imagery. Therefore, a bump and a huge shadow of the camel is visible in every image of this desert.
Moreover, camels provide extremely realistic imagery of the Liwa desert.
