Barack Obama requested Congress to give $6.2 billion in order to fight with Ebola in the West Africa. The amount will also be utilized to secure the United State from this deadly disease.
The Administration authority informed that $4.6 billion of the total money would be consumed in some urgent actions. On the other hand, $2.4 billion would be given to the Department of Health and Human Services.
The Office of Management and Budget presented a 28 page lengthy request to the House and Senate leaders. In that demand report the authority stated that $1.5 billion would also be granted to the emergency fund of the United States.
This large sum of money is the first demand of Obama after the election. Thus Far, the deadly outbreak of Ebola has gained a lot of attention from the U.S officials.
