As per the official reports, Apple is going to launch its next generation iPad range in the upcoming week. But, if you are expecting the tablets with the bigger screen, then we don’t have good news for you.
Recently, Wall Street journal reported that Apple’s plan to make a bigger screen iPad have been delayed until early next year, citing anonymous people familiar with the matter. Certainly, the Apple suppliers are having trouble in making sufficient new iPhones to cope up with the public demands, so super sized. 12.9 inch tablet will have to wait.
The suppliers have already planned to start the massive production of larger screen tablets in December.
Currently, Apple’s ultimate priority is to cope up with the overwhelming demand of larger screen iPhones, Journal’s supplier sources stated. Still, Apple is facing unsatisfactory output of the 5.5-inch iPhone plus from the suppliers-side. It seems quite challenging for the contractors to divide resources and spend some time to slope up production for a new bigger screen iPad.
Here, it’s really important to note, that the reports concerning manufacturing delays normally arise before the widget launches, especially those from Apple. In April and August, there were some reports that manufacturing problems can delay the launch of iPhone 6-Plus, though it released on time.
In fact, Apple hasn’t confirmed yet that 12.9-inch iPad is even in the works. Nevertheless, with the iPad sales declining, Cupertino is looking for the new ways to capture market, particularly with the Business Users. An iPad with the larger screen actually does against enterprise focused widgets such as 12-inch Surface Pro3, which was positioned as a flexible substitute of Apple’s MacBook Air.
